My areas of research

My research focuses on the intersections of law and digital technologies, drawing on insights from Science, Technology, and Society (STS) studies and political economy.

Specifically, I examine the regulation of digital interfaces. I have published peer-reviewed articles in journals such as Computer Law & Security Review, Philosophy & Technology (Springer), and the Mexican Law Review (Elsevier)

My work engages with digital technologies, acknowledging that legal principles and institutions are often deeply intertwined with, or sometimes the very cause of, the societal problems they aim to address.

I have been a peer-reviewer for Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) conferences, interdisciplinary journals, and law reviews.
